Greetings @drinklovers! I hope you have a wonderful Sunday, filled with good experiences, good food, and good drinks. Today I'm going to share another energizing drink with you. I've previously told you about two similar products, and today I'm bringing you a third. Again, they're not healthy, but you have to know how to speak with confidence. That's why, every now and then, when I see a drink like this, I buy it to try it out.

Saludos @drinklovers! Espero que tengan un estupendo domingo, con buenas experiencias, buena comida y buena bebida. Hoy les voy a compartir una vez más una bebida energizante. Previamente les he hablado de dos productos similares, y hoy les traigo un tercero. Reitero, no son saludables, pero hay que conocer para poder hablar con propiedad, por eso, de vez en vez, cuando veo una bebida de este tipo, la compro para testearla.

This time, the can caught my eye, as it looked minimalist: black with white lettering and a curious design resembling a wind turbine (by the way, I don't like wind turbines, because they harm birds and confuse bees, nor do I like solar energy, because it literally "cooks" the environment). The front says it contains 250 ml, so it's small. The name of the drink is SKY, and it's supposedly made in Poland, although the lettering on the back is so poorly printed that it makes me doubt it. I couldn't find an expiration date. The cost was a little over a dollar.

En esta ocasión la lata llamó mi atención, pues la vi minimalista: Negra con letras blancas y un curioso diseño similar a un aerogenerador (por cierto, no me gustan los aerogeneradores, porque dañan a las aves y desorientan a las abejas, como tampoco me gusta la energía solar, pues literalmente “cocina” el entorno). Adelante indica que contiene 250 ml, por lo que es pequeña. El nombre de la bebida es SKY, y es de fabricación polaca (supuestamente), aunque las letras del envés están tan mal impresas, que me hace dudar. No encontré fecha de vencimiento. El costo fue un poco más de un dólar.

Even with the printing flaws on the back, I found it to be a nice, small, interesting, and portable can. Upon opening it, I noticed an intense smell similar to apple juice (obviously artificial), with a color very similar to that of a light beer.

Aun con las fallas de impresión del envés, me pareció una lata bonita, pequeña, interesante y portable. Al abrirla percibí un intenso olor similar al jugo de manzana (obviamente, artificial), con un color muy parecido al de una cerveza rubia.

Regarding the ingredients, they're all artificial: artificial flavors and colors, citric acid, taurine, caffeine... and it supposedly has some B vitamins, but I highly doubt this. It also indicates that it's not suitable for children or diabetics. The information indicates that it's suitable for people with high physical or mental activity. It also warns against mixing it with alcoholic beverages and provides storage recommendations.

Respecto a los ingredientes, todos son artificiales: Sabores y colores artificiales, ácido cítrico, taurina, cafeína… y supuestamente tiene algunas vitaminas del complejo B, pero esto lo dudo muchísimo. Así mismo indica que no es una bebida apta para niños ni para diabéticos. Señala la información, que es una bebida apta para personas con alta actividad física o mental. También advierte de no mezclarla con bebidas alcohólicas, e igualmente hace las recomendaciones para su conservación.

Well, since I'm testing this drink, I obviously drank it. I can't deny that I liked its smell, and initially its taste, which also reminded me of apple juice (not cider). However, after a few sips, I became sick of it and tired of the artificial flavor. Perhaps it would be more palatable if mixed with a natural, non-citrus juice—for example, melon juice—although honestly, I think that would be damaging to the melon juice.

Bueno, como yo estoy es testeando esta bebida, obviamente la bebí. No puedo negar que me gustó su olor, e inicialmente su sabor, que me recordó también el jugo de manzana (no la sidra), no obstante, después de unos sorbos me empalagó y me cansó el sabor artificial. Quizás sea más palatable si se mezcla con algún jugo natural que no sea cítrico; por ejemplo, un jugo de melón, aunque honestamente, creo que sería dañar el jugo de melón.

In any case, I drank the 250 ml because I was hot, and the drink was cold. I don't think I'd drink it again because it's too artificial. In any case, as I always say: IT'S BETTER TO KNOW THAN NOT TO KNOW. Cheers!

En todo caso, me bebí los 250 ml, porque tenía calor, y la bebida estaba fría. Creo que no la bebería nuevamente porque es muy artificial. En todo caso, como siempre digo: ES MEJOR SABER, QUE NO SABER. Cheers!

I also like trying new things before making my judgment. Most artificial drinks usually have a measure of vitamins written on it, which I think is just a way to make consumers feel like they are consuming something healthy 🤔

It's always good to understand things and situations firsthand before you can offer an opinion, so it's great that you apply that premise as well.

And I also agree with you that manufacturers claim energy drinks contain vitamins to make people feel better. It's like a placebo, or worse, false advertising.

Me parece muy bien la recomendaciòn que nos traes con esta bebida, como dices para probar, eso es bueno porque asì cada quien se hace su propia opiniòn acerca de la misma.

Cada quien tiene sus gustos y quizàs para otros es bien recibida, en mi caso creo que no porque soy un poco delicada con este tipo de bebidas, no me agradan, siento que es mucho quìmico para mi cuerpo...como comento en pàrrafo anterior hay quienes si son fans de este tipo de bebidas.

Siempre hay que hablar de primera mano, porque los juicios acerca de las cosas, situaciones y personas, pueden tener sesgos, ser subjetivos. Realmente estas bebidas no son saludables.
