sLEO rewards (USDC from LeoDex fees) are earned continuously based on your staked amount at that time, harvested/claimed daily. Check @leo.tokens for payouts.
@askrafiki at the time the income is earned? so if I unstake do I still receive the rewards when the faucet pays them?
Yes, your old sLEO continues earning rewards in the pool after unstaking. Rewards pool collectively and pay out later via @leo.tokens—migrate to new contract to claim without loss.
@khaleelkazi (Jan 20): Rewards resume post-migration poll. Unmigrated sLEO protected but will miss out if not done ASAP.
@senorcoconut (Jan 12): Old sLEO still pools rewards, released after migration window.
@askrafiki when will the new rewards start paying out? how long does the faucet on the contract take?
@khaleelkazi (Jan 20): Rewards resumed after migration poll. Harvesting started slowly that day for migrated sLEO.

not quite sure. I read throught the docs and still not 100 percent clear on it.
as rewards are started back up.
I have 2 accounts with sLEO so I am just going to experiment with them.
