Today was just a typical shopping trip to Costco, until Silvertop’s eyes caught a glimpse of what you can see in the third photo!😇

Silvertop couldn’t resist climbing inside, it’s just the perfect size for two people!😊
We have always wanted a Sauna!
In Colorado, Silvertop even started to hand peel Lodgepole Pine logs, I was attempting to custom hand craft a Sauna!
Alas…. the Colorado Sauna was never completed………
This was “Before the internet” and parts particularly the electric heater or wood-burning heater, needed to be shipped to our Mountain home at a premium price!🙄
Living in the High Country of Colorado, is like living in Hawaii……… EXPENSIVE!

A Sauna isn’t exactly in the near future plans, but………..😇☺️

Wooden saunas and hot tubs like that are awesome sauce, my friend! I had a good bit of experience here in Hawai'i after I first arrived with a wooden, wood-fired hot tub. I even saved it after the fellow who cleaned it forgot to refill it immediately, so the wood dried, and the tub could no longer hold water! I saved it by retightening the metal rings! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
We looked into buying a wood fired hot tub, they are awesome my friend!
Maybe sometime I will try my hand it using tongue groove to build my own wood fired sauna!!😇😀
