1. Educate: understand and share information about quantum progress, mitigations, and available post-quantum cryptography; rely on expert sources and distribute findings

1. Support efforts: appoint and collaborate with post-quantum cryptography experts; back multiple initiatives financially and through advocacy

1. Listen: experts can provide concrete recommendations, including which signature schemes to adopt and appropriate PQ-security levels for primitives like hash functions

1. Implement: form teams to design and integrate new signature schemes into core protocols and external infrastructure, especially wallets
