The SB-Chronicle Prompt #9 - If ever you could travel back !

Greetings 🙏 dear Hiveans and community members. Sunday is here, with an outing for one, fooding for some, creative Writing for others etc..... In order to show your skills, please check this interesting prompt

Its a weird dream not a reality we all know. But still if ever time takes me back, I would love to spent more time with my parents and siblings, whom, I miss a lot.

The most wonderful chance of traveling back to childhood, would be a long lasting dream for anyone.

I had a wonderful childhood days, but then each of us has certain up's and down's which went unnoticed, may be due to our so called immaturity, which was quite normal those days.

Those fruitful days, never to say, I wish I could once again experience - the breath taking views with my school mates, neighbour's and siblings.

I was quite an introvert, which meant I was choosy in one way or other. Though I had a group of friends, most often I couldn't open up when necessary, due to my own irritable nature. My mind set changed only after I graduated and later, when I got married.

Presently, I take the initiative to help others if they are facing any problem, mostly speaking on behalf of them. I have always seen my father as a very generous person, helping peoples monetarily and physically.

Probably Iam adhered to this character of his only, after moving out, the realization being too late. Because each tine, I make a visit to this place, I receive a lot of respect, just for the reason Iam his daughter.

I really wish if ever time takes me back, I wish to repair my small mistakes

I was very choosy in most things be it food, dress, friends, class, subjects etc... the list is endless. Now I realise how unforgiving it was, when my children came up with the same issue. The credit goes to my parents, the way they handled things to keep the family intact.

On personal side, several times I try skipping my breakfast in my school time which ultimately upsets my mother. Looking back, I could assure I never ate such tasty and healthy food cooked by my mother, in my lifetime.

Another opportunity back to my golden era, would end up in a big hug and a tearful sorry to my mother.
