2/ I also use the Coinbase debit card on occasion. This card allows you to choose which crypto balance to spend from directly, including DASH. They instantly convert to USD as you spend. It pays 0.5% cash back in your choice of BTC, ETH, USDC, or XLM. The biggest convenience of Coinbase for me is that I have the least trouble transferring USD in and out. They have been known to freeze accounts. But I've had mine since 2014 with no issues. Another convenience is that Coinbase is easy to connect to tax prep.
Fold app has a debit card that spends out of fiat, which you top up from your BTC wallet. You can have USD deposits automatically convert into BTC. The card has cash back rewards in BTC starting at 0.5% for all spending, higher in a couple of categories.
Yeah I'll probably try out the Coinbase one.
