I realize why the town is getting much more gentrified this past year . The landlords kids have inherited their parents houses and don’t know anything about the local culture but see it as a chance to quit their corporate jobs.

That’s fine but I wish they knew more about the town and opened something they were passionate about rather than copying what’s successful elsewhere.
