Promised objectives included ending COVID vaccine mandates, maintaining vaccine availability for those who want them, especially vulnerable groups, demanding placebo-controlled trials, and concluding the emergency status. Recent FDA actions have fulfilled all these goals, rescinding emergency use authorizations and instead granting marketing authorizations for those at higher risk: Moderna for ages 6 months and older, Pfizer for ages 5 and older, and Novavax for ages 12 and older. These vaccines are now available for anyone, in consultation with their healthcare providers. The framework prioritizes science, safety, and common sense.
A lot of variables. Personally, I'm not keen on mRNA vaccines. I think for the most part, all the other vaccines are safe. However, I think jabbing children with several at once may not be good. Suspicious of HPV vax for boys.
Fair point about the variables. I'm a bit skeptical of mRNA vaccines too, and I wonder about the effects of multiple jabs at once on kids. Haven't looked into the HPV one much though
