Nuevos materiales, nuevos procesos | De regreso por aquí ✏️

Hello, friends of the community! ✏️
After quite a long absence, I'm back today eager to get back into the swing of things and also to show you what I've been doing during my time away. 2025 was a year of tremendous growth for me: both in my dog spa business and in terms of personal growth and investment in art materials, time, and development. I did a lot of experimenting and learned a lot about painting. I will continue doing so this year.

In the midst of all that, I disappeared from the internet a bit and focused on this growth, but in 2026 I want to come back more calmly and share everything I've been learning and doing. My intention is to share new content in the new studio! Yes, I finally have one, friends, and I'm super super happy!

¡Hola, amigos de la comunidad!
Después de una larga ausencia, hoy vuelvo con ganas de retomar el ritmo y también de mostraros lo que he estado haciendo durante mi tiempo fuera. 2025 fue un año de enorme crecimiento para mí: tanto en mi negocio de spa para perros como en términos de crecimiento personal e inversión en materiales artísticos, tiempo y desarrollo. Hice muchos experimentos y aprendí mucho sobre pintura. Seguiré haciéndolo este año.

En medio de todo eso, desaparecí un poco de Internet y me centré en este crecimiento, pero en 2026 quiero volver con más calma y compartir todo lo que he estado aprendiendo y haciendo. ¡Mi intención es compartir nuevos contenidos en el nuevo estudio! Sí, por fin tengo uno, amigos, ¡y estoy súper súper feliz!

In this short post, I want to start showing you some of my favorite art supplies that I purchased in 2025. This new year, I will be using my Prisma Color Premier paints a lot, which are already quite old...

I bought them a long time ago, years ago, along with Sennelier ink and Shinhan Gouache, materials that I did buy in 2025 and that have been with me for quite some time and that I have really enjoyed a lot.

Sometimes I'm even afraid to use them so much, ha ha ha.
Soon I'll be uploading a video showing you exactly what I'll be using in 2026, as well as showing you some drawings to start the year.

En este pequeño post quiero empezar a mostrarte algunos de mis materiales de arte favoritos que adquirí en el 2025. Este nuevo año estaré usando mucho mis colores prisma color premier que ya son algo viejitos.. los adquirí mucho antes, hace años atrás, la tinta Sennelier y el Gouache de Shinhan , materiales que si he comprado en el 2025 y que me han estado acompañando bastante y que realmente he disfrutado muchísimo, a veces me da hasta miedo usarlos tanto jejeje.

Próximamente estaré subiendo un video mostrándote que estaré usando exactamente este 2026, además de mostrarte unos dibujitos para empezar este año.

To wrap up, friends, I want to show you a little process with gouache paint: painting with gouache on watercolor paper, painting small pieces, and then cutting them out to give them the shape of a little work I had in mind.
I'll show it to you at the end of the post. This is a collage-type technique, and I really like it, both because of the manual process and because of the freedom it gives me to achieve the textures I want.

It's something I want to continue working on a lot

Ya para cerrar amigos, quiero mostrarte un pequeño proceso con la pintura Gouache pintar con Gouache sobre papel para acuarela, pintar pequeños trozos y luego recortarlos dándoles la forma de una pequeña obra que tenia en mente. Al final del post te la mostrare.
Esta es técnica tipo ** collage** , esta técnica me ha gustado mucho, tanto con el proceso manual como por la libertad que me da para poder obtener las texturas que quiero.

Es algo en lo que quiero seguir trabajando mucho este año.

Before I go, I want to share with you the illustration I first made on my iPad using PROCREATE, which gave me the idea for this collage. I'm also including the photo I took of the first color tests before starting the project, along with a small pencil sketch.

Antes de irme, quiero compartir con ustedes la ilustración que hice por primera vez en mi iPad usando PROCREATE, que me dio la idea para este collage. También incluyo la foto que tomé de las primeras pruebas de color antes de comenzar el proyecto, junto con un pequeño boceto a lápiz.
