MY CLEANING ACTIVITY POST FOR 24/10/2024

Today, I started my clean planet exercise earlier. I came out to dispose of washing water when I noticed trash around, so I grabbed a polythene bag and did the needful.

I actually woke up early due to a nightmare, which I hadn't had in a long time. I thank God for life, reflected a little, then picked up my phone. I then saw an update about Elon Musk’s invention of a robot carrying a baby. All a husband and wife need to do is provide their sperm and egg, and the robot will carry the baby for nine months. Not only that, after birth, the robot can still take care of the baby while the parents go about their business.

Wow, the invention is top-notch since it will solve many childbirth problems. There will be a lower death rate during childbirth, women won’t have to suffer anymore, and couples will have more time to be together while the robot takes care of everything.

On second thought, the arrangement of childbirth was given by God. Pregnancy pangs were a result of the sin Adam and Eve committed. If we employ this method of childbirth, won’t we be challenging God? What about the love babies need from their biological parents—won’t we be denying them that? I was excited at first, but when these questions started coming in, I truly felt sad.
