I think the US should just mind their business. El-Salvador has made a good decision in making crypto legal tender.

From my own opinion. US saying that they want to monitor and also track El-Salvador bitcoin adoption sounds more like them say They would love to see the negative outcome regarding El-Salvador's decision. El-Salvador has made the decision themselves, so they should monitor their adoption themselves.

That's my opinion.
