Does anyone know if there is an eye care option for PC? It would be nice to reduce the intensity of the light my eyes are exposed to whenever I am on desktop.

I have not tried any glasses at all. I am always afraid I might come to depend on them too much 🥺

Blue light glasses when you're using the computer is the equivalent of sunglasses outside. They protect your eyes,

Should be possible. Either search for "display" or go to settings > system and then locate display.

If it is a laptop, it may also have a key for it on the keyboard, but that varies 😆
