My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2025

Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. I had been feeling very tired for a few days, but luckily I felt much better in the morning. The IT Center opened here, and I promised to take my son there, so today I took him. There is class there every day, and the students do some experiments. I dropped him off there at 10 o'clock, and I waited for him while he was in class. I walked for about an hour and read books the rest of the time.

I also went for a walk with my friend in the evening and managed to exceed 10K today. My son wants to go there tomorrow, so we will go there again tomorrow. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
