My Daily Hive Routine || How I Post, Engage and Earn
![]()

Hello Everyone! Hope you all are doing great.
In this post I am going to be talking about and share my daily hive routine with you guys and how I post, engage and earn from it.
Every single person has their own reasons and way of posting on hive. Some post once a week or month and some post daily, some post for crypto earnings and some post because they just want to get better in interacting and socializing. Some people also use hive to just read other people's posts and gain knowledge and insight. But for me, hive has become a part of my life now. It has become a part of my daily routine, like brushing my teeth everyday or going to the gym everyday.
When I wake up, the first thing I do is check my notifications to see if I have a new comment or upvote on my recent post or not. I also check my feed to see what is new and check some new posts of the people I usually follow. It does not take too long, just 10 to 15 minutes tops. It is really good because it sometimes gives me the idea or inspiration for my own post from other users. However, I do not start writing immediately. I only observe and kind of warm up a bit.
I start working on my post after I have done breakfast and completed my morning house chores. Some days are easy because I already know what to post that day. If I have made a good recipe the previous day then I post that, or if I have played some Splinterlands then I post about that, and the ideas go on and on. However, there are some days that I do not have anything to post. One of the many good things about Hive is that your topic or content does not have to be big. If I do not have anything major to post then that does not mean that I won't post that day. I will still post something, even if it is about lifestyle or a motivational topic. Some of my really simple posts actually good pretty good engagement because sometimes the most simpler things feels the most natural and real.
Engagement is Important
After I publish my post, I spend some time checking hive and try to engage. This is one of the most important on Hive because Hive is not like other social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram where you just post and disappear after that. On hive, interacting and engaging actually matters. I read posts of other people, leave comments, reply to my own posts if there is a comment, upvote deserving posts and check what is trending. Engagement is also part of earning because through engagement your reputation on hive grows. You get good followers and good upvotes and comments on your posts. But that does not mean that you should only do it because of earning. You can learn lots of different things through engagement. You get socially interactive which is really good for long term growth.
Later that day, I tend to check the earning status of my posts. It is not like I am obsessed with money or anything. It is because it gives me more motivation and some insight on my post about what should I improve or how should I write my next post. Seeing your posts doing well gives you happiness and motivation, so checking your posts is also important at the end of the day.
I really like this routine because it keeps me consistent, creative and motivated. It also keeps me disciplined because some days when I do not want to write, I still push myself to write and after writing I get the feeling that it was worth it. In this way, not only you can earn on hive, but your consistency, creativeness and discipline also improves.
Conclusion
In conclusion, this is my daily hive routine. It is really simple but it keeps me active and consistent which is the most important thing.
Well, I guess this is it for this post. Please do give your reviews in the comments section below. I would really appreciate it :)
