Everything You Need to Know About Mantaroth || CARD SPOTLIGHT
![]()
Hello Everyone! Hope you all are doing great.
In this post, I will be talking about a legendary card that is really strong.
Introducing Mantaroth
Mantaroth belongs to the Neutral element and plays as a Melee Attacker. This card can be used in high mana cap battles because of it's mana cost. It costs 11 mana to be used in battles. This amazing card carries 5 abilities at it's max level, which I'm going to be talking about next.

Stats and Abilities
At level 1, this card comes with 3 Melee Attack damage, 11 health, 4 armor and 2 speed. Even at level 1 this card is an absolute beast. Evan though it does not have a lot of armor but It is still very durable because of it's big chunk of health. This card also comes with 2 abilities from the initial level, Shield and Armored Strike.

- Shield: 50% less damage (rounded up) from physical attacks or 0 damage from physical attacks of 1 power.

- Armored Strike: If armored, gains a melee attack that deals damage equal to remaining armor.
Now, with these abilities, this card becomes even more impressive. When this card is upgraded to level 2, it's armor increases from 3 to 4. Furthermore, it also gains a new ability called, True Strike.

- True Strike: Attacks will never miss.
At level 3, it's stats remain the same, however it gains a new ability called, Repair.

- Repair: Restores 2 armor (up to max) to the allied unit with the most damage to it's armor.
At level 4 (max level), it's stats remain the same, however it gains it's final ability called, Blast.

- Blast: Deals an additional 50% damage (rounded up) to units adjacent to the target.
Lore
In his native realm, his name was a curse that was never spoken. His armies conquered and killed for pleasure. Thrones, riches, lives—if he wanted them, he took them, and nothing could thwart his unyielding will.
Even the legions of Chaos ground to a halt before his fury. It was Silus of the Rift who swayed the colossal minotaur to join him in his conquests: why break the will of a single realm, when you can break them all?
Now, he stands at Silus's right hand in the Ascendency. He led the legions of Chaos against many realms, and indeed, he broke them all. Yet though the Splinterlands bends, it refuses to break. Each day, his impatience grows, and woe to those who would defy him when at last he unleashes his full fury on the world.
Conclusion
This monster card is something that every player should have in their arsenal. Even at bronze league, this card is a great addition to the team and it really packs a punch. Even if we talk about this card from a trading point of view, it goes for a pretty hefty amount when you upgrade it. It goes for up to 185$ in the market, so keep leveling it up lads!
So next time you are battling in a high mana match, give Mantaroth a try. You might be surprised by how much this beast can contribute to your win streaks!
