Hello Everyone! Hope you all are doing great and welcome to another #Splinterlands post.
Today was another fun little progression day in #Splinterlands, and honestly, I didn't even play any ranked battles. Instead, I spent most of my time exploring some of the newer features and continuing my progress through the campaign challenges.
And surprisingly, it turned out to be a pretty rewarding session.
The first thing I did after logging in was head straight over to Lux's Favor for my daily lucky spin.

I have to admit, every time I open Lux's Favor, I get a little excited.
I always hope I'll hit one of the bigger rewards or maybe even get another cool avatar item. Unfortunately, luck wasn't THAT crazy today.
After spinning the wheel, I landed on, +300 Sparks.
Not bad at all honestly.
Could it have been better? Sure.
But free Sparks are free Sparks, and lately I've been trying to save as many as possible for cosmetics.

After collecting the reward, I checked my total Sparks amount and decided it was finally time to continue with the campaign battles.
I've actually been enjoying these battle challenges more than I expected.
They feel kind of like mini puzzles rather than normal ranked battles.

After opening the campaign menu, I selected Battle Challenge #4.
At first glance, the battle looked a little intimidating.
The challenge rules included:
99 mana
Enrage modifier
Several powerful enemy units
And the game even reminded me to pay attention to speed buffs because Enrage would increase speed later during combat.

Honestly, when I first saw the enemy lineup, I thought, "Okay, this might actually be difficult."
Some of the enemy cards looked pretty strong.
So I spent a few minutes looking through my available options and trying to build a decent team.
Not gonna lie, I wasn't really using some super advanced strategy.
I mostly tried to build:
Good frontline defense
Enough damage dealers
Some survivability
A bit of speed advantage
Basically my usual strategy.

After winning the challenge, I got the familiar completion screen.
And my reward was, 200 Sparks.
Honestly, I was happy with that.
The campaign rewards aren't massive individually, but they do add up pretty quickly.

After collecting everything, I went back to check my total Spark balance.
And the number was 3,253 Sparks.
At first I got excited.
Because I've been saving Sparks specifically for two cosmetic items that I really want.
Those items are, Vega Top Hat and Vega Background
Then I remembered something painful.
Each one costs 3,500 Sparks.

I honestly really like the look of the Vega cosmetic set.
The Vega Top Hat looks classy and stylish.
And the Vega Background would make my avatar look way cooler than the default one.
The problem is that I'm literally only a few hundred Sparks away.
That somehow feels even worse than being thousands away.

Overall, today was a pretty fun and productive #Splinterlands session.
I didn't play any ranked battles.
I didn't open any expensive chests.
I didn't earn huge rewards.
But I did:
Get 300 Sparks from Lux's Favor
Beat Battle Challenge #4
Earn another 200 Sparks
Move one step closer to getting the cosmetics I've been wanting
Sometimes those small progression days are honestly the most satisfying.
Now I just need a little bit more patience, and a few hundred more Sparks.
Anyway thats it for today’s #Splinterlands grind. Please do give your reviews in the comments section below. I would really appreciate it :)
I'll be back with another one soon. So do follow me if you want to stay updated. Till then, Stay Happy and Stay Hydrated.
