For all you Halloween maniacs out there Splinterlands has announced a promo they are calling Hallow’s Fall. What exactly is Hollow's Fall? As you likely guessed by the title of my post the Hallow's Fall promo introduces us to Limited-Edition Halloween Skins. These Skins are cosmetic with no in-game advantages attached to them. However what they do bring is a whole lot of fun and a new way to interact with your favorite Splinterland characters. You might even put fright into your opponent. A little intimidation before battle might be the thing that gives you the winning edge on the battle-field.

Starting Tuesday, October 14th, prepare to give your champions a sinister new look with the Limited Edition Halloween Skins Collection — featuring 17 brand-new horrors and 3 returning classics from last year’s retro release.

Additional Information:

I think its great that these skins can be attained two ways. Using Glint in the Glint Shop and the way that excites me the most is these skins are also available in CHESTS. That's right you can earn these for "free" by simply doing what you likely are already doing; collecting and opening chests. Further notes about these skins: () 4 new Archon designs — max 100 each () Ultra-rare alternates for all 17 Units and Archons — only 10 mints each! () 3 returning favorites — 50 mints each. 720 total exclusive skins will lurk within Ultimate Loot Boxes, with a 3% chance to appear. These odds will temporarily replace part of the Alchemy Potion rate until all skins are claimed. As you can see these are limited and not everyone will get to have one. If you are interested in having a spooky Splinterlands skin; get them while the getting is good. The clock is ticking and that timer started on the date of October 14th (just one day ago these skins were released).

Skin Designs:

As always the Splinterland team has outdone themselves with the artwork. We can see the design of 13 Spooky Skins screenshot-ed here in this post. They all look great and its really tough to pick one that I like the most. Is it Aerial Shieldmaiden with its scarecrow hat and mask that I like the most? Is it Shock Trooper who's name is very fitting to the details of the cards expression that stands out. Maybe its Vengeful Monk that is as scary as any clown looking figure I ever seen. Is it another, might be. To be honest if I was to be asked to pick one I couldn't. These skins are very well designed and almost guaranteed to SPOOK your opponents on any battle-field you choose to bring them to. Visit the official announcement post by clicking here.
