Cards crafted directly from Land resources
Cards requiring Cinder, a new resource created by burning cards
Cards designed exclusively for Land usage
New Land-only abilities affecting production, efficiency, and worker management
A new treasure-discovery mechanic: Labor’s Luck

Cannot be used in Ranked, Brawls, or Tournaments
Do not have combat stats
Function exclusively as Land workers and require a worker slot

Splinterlands isn't just building a game they are building a universe. Card crafting from land is here and with it many new possibilities. I like to routinely say that something exciting is always happening within Splinterlands. If it isn't currently happening its in the pipeline to happen (the calm before the storm as they say) today is no different. The above is just a small introduction meant to help spread the word of this new Splinterlands expansion. However within the parts I quoted here is the part that excites me the most; Cards requiring Cinder, a new resource created by burning cards. A card sink, yes you read that right. A card sink, this is great news all across the board. Burning cards will give in-return the new Splinterlands asset known as Cinder. But don't take my word for it. Here is a quote from the Splinterlands team themselves; Cinder is a new, non-transferable resource created by burning unlocked cards with DEC burn value. Cinder rate = 1.5 × CP of the burned card. Example: if you burn a card that has 10 CP you will in-return receive 15 Cinder. For those who don't like soulbound cards this has to excite you.

What Is Splinterlands?

Draft Proposal Voting Closes In One Day

This is good of a time as any to remind/ notify those who might not of known that at current time there is a Draft Proposal that can be voted on. Draft proposal number 252 is named Reduce Number of CA Packs in DAO Treasury. You can read the draft proposal in full by visiting the post titled: SPS Governance Proposal - Reduce Number of CA Packs in DAO Treasury. The highlighted link I just shared is clickable. Currently 91% of SPS stake has voted for the proposal to pass with 9% of the voted stake being against. If you haven't voted yet but want to you better hurry as voting closes very soon. At the time of the proposal announcement the DAO held 267,113 packs which is slightly more than has been sold. The proposal wants to limit the amount of CA packs in the DAO to the following amounts: Standard: 12,000, Alchemy: 4,000, Legendary: 2,000.
