Purchasing and Selling SPL cards on PeakMonsters

A few of my cards I had up for sale sold. When that happens I like to purchase cards with the received funds. This keeps my collection from shrinking and helps keep the wheel that is Splinterlands turning. There's many benefits to selling and purchasing Splinterland cards directly from market, the FUN aspect being the best one. In total we purchased 19 cards. How many did we sell? Good question, I like the way you think. I sold a total of 8 cards from December 2nd to December 4th. This means I gained + 12 cards. The highest valued card I sold was a gold Rusty Android for $2.47 USD. I like Rusty Androids so I didn't put it on the market lightly but for the sake of adding to the collection and giving him a new home. Mr. Rusty Android was sent to greener pastures with their new owner to do what-ever it is that Rusty Androids like to do.

Five of the 19 cards purchased were the Spineback Wolf. A card of the Alpha and Beta collection. The ones I purchased are from the Beta core set. Total DEC value of those five purchases was just 343.32 DEC. Total USD of these specific five cards purchased was $0.22. That's right Just $0.22 for five Beta cards. What an insane deal. Currently I'm peaking out my window waiting for the 5.0 to show up and charge me with robbery. We won't go over the specifics of every card purchased but we will say that the remaining purchases were somewhere around that same price point per BCX. What cards did we purchase? Lets see: () five Spineback Wolfs () two Silvershield Warriors () three Skeleton Assassins () two Animated Corpses () seven Haunted Spiders. The cards I sold: () three Goblin Shamans () one Gold Rusty Android () three Peaceful Giants () one Khmer Princess. Increasing the collection is always the main goal when doing such actions. We accomplished that.

Spineback Wolf Lore:
The Spineback Wolves of Mortis have more defense mechanisms than any wolf should need. The spikes on their backs and necks prevent blind side attacks, their teeth can tear through a Bronk's rump, and their saliva is a powerful corrosive acid that the Gloridax are still attempting to weaponize. I have been slowly selling cards now in recent months. Not exactly at a profit but like you feel I can cycle proceeds to push liquidity. I am building up DEC liquidity in hopes to buy other Splinterlands assets. Keep doing what you do makes me feel good doing the same. Thanks!
I'm attempting to build up some DEC as well. Not sure for what yet but its always good to have some in the wallet. I try to do at least one of the following three () increase card count () maintain or increase power () maintain or increase production points with the DEC earned from selling. If I'm lucky I can sometimes do all three and have a little DEC left over. Easiest way to keep track is to purchase within the same set and rarity that a card was sold in. I do tend to jump around sets though.
