Prime Pick: A Sports Prediction Market

Take a look at that. Do you know what that is? Go ahead, take a guess :) It's the upcoming Prime Pick interface. About three weeks ago GLX Stakers were requested to vote on the Prime Pick proposal. In-order for the Prime Pick proposal to pass at-least 10% of GLX stakers needed to vote on the poll and 67% in favor of the proposal. The proposal being: Prime Pick is requesting 50M GLX tokens for 5 years from the GLS DAO (@gls.dao) to support in-game rewards. The voting process has now closed. In-fact the option to vote on the proposal has ended 18+ days ago. The results were overwhelming. 26,151,135+ weighted votes for the proposal to pass with just 210,000 weighted votes that voted no. Just a handful of days ago aggroed (founder of GLS) posted an update. GLS (Genesis League Sports) is the platform Prime Pick will be hosted on. I think this update somehow might of flown under the radar of most (but not mine) Rentmoney is excited to partake in Prime Pick. Before Rentmoney became a blogger on the Hive Blockchain he very much was an active Poker player and that extended to dabbling in Sports Betting. Come January I will be re-starting my Poker journey so Prime Pick for Sports Betting is going to fit right in to my upcoming plans. Getting back to that update we mentioned. If you have another look at that header image displayed in this post you will see a red circle. Inside that red circle shows us that MLB Baseball, NFL Football, NFL Football and NCAA Football are already within the QA interface. The image also has the two words ALL and LIVE. All is self explanatory. Clicking it will likely show all the events posted to the Prime Pick app. LIVE (I assume) shows us the active events that we can predict the outcome of. I haven't been on the QA app for Prime Pick so this is just guess work on my part, although educated guess work. From the image alone the app/ site looks to be smooth. The interface looks well put together. If I had to guess the options to predict a winner is going to be placed where the Unavailable text is. Another likely option is that the Unavailable text is where we will see the odds, possibly both odds and a clickable icon to place our prediction. Again this is just speculation from me but I'd wager I'm not too far off on how all this is going to be displayed. Speculation is fun, predicting outcomes of sports matches is fun. Rentmoney is excited to see where all this goes. Rentmoney is excited to see the final product that will be Prime Pick. Rentmoney is excited to see what other Sports will be added.

Rentmoney is ready to predict; a new way to predict sports events using GLX stake; what's not to like about that. The degen in me is calling and I'm going to pick up.

Hm if I had to predict matches I'd go on normal betting sites, with betting exchange to cash out or speculative trading, which is light years ahead of this

I use those sites to but none of those sites let you interact with the Hive Blockchain.

I think its interesting. Provides a unique way to earn with prediction.
