i feel the rich will never sell anything that will both increases in value and generates monthly income. Plus the tax benefits on real estate are big

That's why i said if BTC works as designed. I feel like housing prices might be forced down in terms of BTC and BTC would have less liability and downside risk. But that is just my thought

I would really hope for that!

I know a few semi rich real estate guys who own 50-100 houses that they have for rent. They just keep expanding as they use the montly income to leverage it amd get more houses. Not sure if they ever sell.

thing is at least one of these guys is big into crypto and again just buys with the monthly cash flow rather than sell anything. That Dubai accepts crypto for real estate is a big plus for crypto as renting and crypto laws gets tighter here

I know a couple of those guys and they are running into insurance problems. one of them is not insuring his houses and hoping his rents cover a possible problem
