MCGI THANKS GIVING SERVICE ON 2ND DECEMBER,2023

It is a good thing to fellowship with the brethren always and to learn at the feet of Jesus

It was indeed another wonderful life transforming section of Thanksgiving service with Bro Daniel Ruzor Kuya as he unveil unto us the need and important of every believer to have patience with God and man Patience is one of the good virtue every child of God should possess and it brings us closer to God and keep us at peace with men

As we go into Hebrew 10:36 the bible tells us the importance of having the virtue patience which is one of the will of God it is until we have patience with God then he will release his promises to us when God promise a thing he looks out for those who will not complain or murmur while waiting for that promise to come through we must keep having faith in God and waiting unto him James 1:3 we should understand that God tries our faith with patience patience which is believing and hoping on God to fulfil his promises for us, when we don't have patience it means we don't have faith or trust in God

In our patience we should learn to give God all the thanks even in our waiting period that is a true evidence of our faith in him Psalms 92:1 tell us how good it is to always give thanks unto the Lord whether in good or bad we should give him all the thanks Colossians 3:15 when we give all the thanks to God he will give us peace to our heart so that we won't be troubled by the tribulations of life when we give God thanks he will show us mercy and goodness by taking over the battles of our lives Psalm 100:5

In the book of James 1:4 the bible encourages us that even in our having patience let it come with good and perfect works this perfect works are the work of love towards God and man as seen in the story of the Bible about the good Samaritan in Like 10:31-35 The good Samaritan forgetting all his problems went to help the stranger showing in the works of love which the priest and pastors couldn't show they saw the man and the cross but love with patience came and waited till the man is in good hands that's the kind of life we should live we should learn to show love to humanity

Jeremiah 9:23 -24 tells us the need to return all the glory back to God it is good and rightful to recognize that for everything we do here on earth is by the power of God and not by our own strength so we should always give him back the glory of even you are wise or strong or even rice do not glory in them by thinking that you achieved all that by yourself but let him that glory glory in the Lord because his the doer of all good things we give him the praise and honour and then he will show us his salvation and might Psalm 50:3 it is only the living that can praise the Lord that why the psalmist in Psalms 63:4 said we will Praise the Lord while we live

Galatians 6 :9 tells us not be weary in doing good meaning we should not grow tire of help people let us continue in it daily we should not be tired of having patience in God because if we continue in the good works we will surely reap the good fruits of our labour the bible in the book of Ezekiel 18:24-25 I was made to understand that the day we stop doing good the Lord withhold his Blessings from us we will not be remembered for the good works we did if we turn away from God and starts doing evil so to continually be on the good page of God we should continue to have faith and patience and dwell in love with one another

In Conclusion

Remember all these things patience Thanksgivin and love are all the commandment of God and we must obey them 1 John 5 :3 the commandment of God are not grievous he gives us the grace to follow and do them only if our heart is set to do also in James 1:12 tell us blessed it will be for us if we endure and wait till the end without complaining or murmuring the crown of glory will be given unto us and all the blessings which the Lord has promised us will be given unto us because we love him in all things we should learn to return all the praises to God and he will show us his salvation

I was really blessed by the service indeed it was a life transforming service for me
