MCGI MASS INDOCTRINATION SERVICE FOR 23RD NOVEMBER 2023

I appreciate God almighty for the glorious service with brother Eli Soriano on the mass indoctrination program, which talks about the doctrine of Christ Jesus which every true Christian should know, obey and follow.

Based on the teaching I really learnt alot from the scripture that was taught Rom1:32 exposes us to the dangers and judgement that awaits us if we walk against the commandment of God. It shows us how sin can separate us from God when we sin. Sin takes God far away from hearing us and makes it hard for him to come to our aid when we need Him. So we are encouraged therefore to live a positive lifestyle free from sin .
Ezra 7:23 talks about how we should diligently do the commandment of God which he has set before us and we should also understand that every disobedience to his law and commandments comes with a great consequences Rom 3:19

The Lord gave so many laws we should follow of which Baptism is one of them
In the book of Matt 28:19 the Lord instructed us to go into the world and preach the gospel of Christ baptising everyman in the name of the Father Son and of the Holy Spirit, without the baptism of these Trinity we can not see God. Baptism is a very important act in the life of a believer.

Baptism brings us and makes us one body with Christ and has given us one spirit which is the Holy Spirit Baptism makes Christ to dwell in us and work in us for Christ in us is the hope of our glory 1 Cor 12:13 Without the baptism of the spirit we cannot be one body in Christ and Christ cannot dwell in us and if Christ does not dwell in us we cannot give glory to the Father because in Col1 :15 we were meant to understand that Jesus is the image of the invisible God the firstborn of every creature of God when you don't have Jesus Christ in you it also means you don't have God in you and of Christ is not in you you will not live a fulfilled life.

1 Cor 3:16 made us to understand that we are the true temple of God and that Christ dwells in us and because Christ dwells in us we must keep ourselves which is the temple of God holy for God is holy we should abstain from anything that will corrupt our body and it is sin that can only corrupt our body which is the temple of the living God. Being that we are not free from sin because all have sin and cut short of the glory of God, God gave us the commandment of baptism to wash away every of our sins and make us holy before Him. Holiness is key for God to keep dwelling and abiding in us.

Moral Lesson
√ Obedience to the word of God is key to accessing the presence of God.
√ There's always a blessing attaching to obedience to the commandment of God and a consequence for disobedience His law
√ Baptism wash away the sins of the world from us and makes the Spirit of God to dwell in us.
√ Our body is the temple of God and we must try to keep it holy by living a life from sin and sin comes from simple instructions neglected.

In Conclusion

For us to keep living a life of obedience we must learn how to study the word of God which is where all God's instructions are. And as we study the word of God we should also learn to follow them not being hearing alone but doers of the word. The word of God is the only light that can shine in our darkness and keep us away from sins that pollute his temple which is one body.
