America Has a Charging Problem
America’s electric-vehicle drivers are increasingly unhappy with public charging, as problems that include glitchy or inoperable equipment seem to be getting worse, not better.
Now the U.S. government plans to launch a $100 million effort to try to tackle the reliability issue and make public charging less annoying and more consistent. The funding aims to repair and replace thousands of old or out-of-commission chargers.

Trump, Meadows offer quid pro quo on speedy trial to sever Georgia election case from co-defendants
Donald Trump offered to “exchange” his right to a speedy trial in his Georgia election-conspiracy case for an Atlanta judge ruling that would have the former president tried separately from 18 other defendants.
I can’t imagine the judge not laughing at this. Everybody knows Trump is the one who doesn’t want a speedy trial. He’s done nothing but try to delay. Fani Willis is the one who’s just fine with a speedy trial.

Republicans Already Told Us Impeachment Is Revenge for Trump
That House Republicans are now launching an impeachment inquiry over this very same charge seems not exactly coincidental. It is also not a surprise that Trump has been privately urging House Republicans to impeach Biden.
What has transformed this longstanding desire into an actual impeachment investigation is not any investigative finding, but simply an impatience by Trump and his supporters to get on with it.
Said Trump: “Either impeach the bum, or fade into oblivion. They did it to us!”
Yet the fact that Republicans have been threatening a revenge impeachment against the next Democratic president literally since Trump’s first impeachment has been oddly absent from news coverage.

A House GOP attempt to advance abortion measure backfires in funding fight
House GOP leaders had hoped that inserting abortion policy into every major piece of their government spending plans would help win over conservative members and placate influential outside groups agitating for more aggressive action on the issue.
But so far, the move has helped to seal the demise of what is usually among the easiest appropriations bills for Congress to pass, drawing fierce and rare pushback from more than a dozen moderate Republicans.
U.S. Greenlights $5 Billion Sale of F-35s to South Korea
The U.S. approved the sale of as many as 25 F-35 fighter jets to South Korea, a major weapons offer to a key regional ally after a summit aimed at expressing unity in the face of China’s growing assertiveness.
Ramaswamy Says He Would Fire Most of the Federal Work Force if Elected
Vivek Ramaswamy, the Republican presidential candidate whose strident and sometimes unrealistic proposals have helped him stand out in the crowded primary field, said in a policy speech on Wednesday that he would fire more than 75 percent of the federal work force and shutter several major agencies.
Mr. Ramaswamy also claimed he could make the changes unilaterally if he were to be elected president, putting forward a sweeping theory that the executive wields the power to restructure the federal government on his own and does not need to submit such proposals to Congress for approval.
He might be even more clueless than Trump and DeSantis combined. The Pendleton Act may have gotten a few tweaks over the years, but it’s still very much in force and covers about 90% of federal employees. Um, no, a President can’t just fire most of the federal workforce. We’re not going back to the spoils system.

Thanks for bringing this informative piece to our view. This is the kind of development will need in cryptocurrency phase. Another problem we might have is government invasion of cryptocurrency. Government policies can as well have a lasting effect on exchange and acceptance of crypto. Maybe I'm wrong.
