Here the scripture is letting us know that, no man has ascended up to heaven but he that came down from heaven. Bro Eli through his examples said that, teachings telling us that people are already in heaven is false. Because in this verse Jesus Christ is letting us know that no one has ascended up to heaven yet, apart from him. And the bible also said that he that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, Nobody else.
