Spaghetti 🍝 with Beetroot Twist!

Hello hiveans! Hope all are good and healthy.
Today is sunday and a very special food is awaiting for you all to make this recipe and enjoy this with your loved ones...

This is not so unique or something extra ordinary but trust
me guys this dish will make you lick your fork at last🤣.
Today I am sharing a recipe of Beetroot Spaghetti with tomato puree in it.
Yes, there is a choice to put your favourite veggies and make the dish more attractive, but i like this way in a simple way🥰

So here it goes!

Ingredients-
🔸️Spaghetti-250gm (boiled)
🔸️tomato-½cup chopped
🔸️onions-½cup chopped
🔸️ginger-½inch
🔸️greenchilies-2 or 3 nos
🔸️oil-2tspn
🔸️salt-according to taste
🔸️beetroot-1boiled
🔸️redchili powder-½tspn

METHOD

Boil Spaghetti with beetroot.

Then drain the water.

In a mixer jar add tomato, onion, green chilies and ginger.

Make a paste.

Heat oil in a pan.

Then add the tomato paste .

Now add the beetroot paste too.

Cook it for 5 mins further add salt and red chili powder.

Mix it well and add little water. According to your consitency

Then add boiled Spaghetti
Mix well and serve in a bowl 🥣
