Indian touch Spaghetti 🍝

Hello hiveans!!! Hope all are fine and healthy.
Was little bit busy from last two thrèe weeks so I couldnot upload any blog in ecency.
Today I am back with smile and postivity .

Today I am sharing a recipe of Spaghetti with Indian touch.
Its a Italian cuisine, we all know. But todays Recipe will have some Indian Masala touch. I love this recipe of Spaghetti with loads of veggies (you can add any veggies)My daughter love to eat this. Its very simple and easy way to make this Spaghetti recipe.

So lets start to make the Spaghetti 🍝

Ingredients
Serving 3

Spaghetti- 2 cup
Onion-3
Tomato-5
Capsicum-1chopped
Beans-⅓cup
Cauliflower-⅓cup
Garlic-6 nos
Ginger-½inch
Green chili-2
Dry mango powder-½tspn
White pepper and black pepper-½tspn

Method

Take Spaghetti

Now boil the water in a big pan.

Add the Spaghetti and let it boil for 10 mins depends in the instructions

Now strain it and keep aside.
Smear some oil (otional).

Chop all types of veggies whatever you are having in your fridge.

Now in a grinder make a puree of tomato, ginger , chili and garlic. Make a smooth paste.

Further take a pan.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Add onions.

Stir fry it.

Now add all the chopped veggies
Mix all well. Cook for 8 mins.

Then add the tomato puree. Mix all well and cook for 10 min
Add salt to the taste.

Add the Spaghetti and some white pepper and black pepper powder, little dry mango powder. Mix al well.

Off the gas. Sprinkle some parsley

And transfer it in a plate to serve.

Its ready to eat.
