Hello brethren,it is of the truth that the bible contains the teachings of God to us. It is indeed the word of God.Every Christian,new and old would want to read the scriptures but it is important to be well guided on how to read the scriptures.

Eli Soriano has given us few tips on how to read the bible. - In the teachings,he advised that the bible should not just be read only, but while reading we should meditate on it by the help of the spirit of God. Reading of bible should not be rushed for proper understanding. This will help us to have a great understanding of the scriptures.

• He also explained that as Christians we should read the bible starting from the new testament .
  From the new testament it is easier to to understand the bible.
• There will be a great understanding on the changes from the priesthood of Moses and Aaron to Jesus Christ.

Hebrew 7:12
For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law.

• Also he explained that reading from the new testament will help us to understand the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ and we will not be confused with the teachings of Moses.

I believe it is really profitable,and the word of God has the power to illuminate us in his word.
