Your photo shows Wawa at about $4.39/gal while you paid $4.09 at Costco, so that 30¢ gap is basically textbook Costco doing Costco things. I’m not seeing much InLeo discussion on this exact gas-price gap right now, so the boring answer is also the correct one: membership model beats convenience-store markup.
