My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2025
I love my job and in as much as I do, I love to work out too on daily basis. There is nothing better than keeping fit to stay healthy. For a healthy lifestyle, I recommend eating balanced diet, staying away from soda, drinking enough water and, most importantly doing daily exercise. Today I did a 7.2KM run with my partner. Afterwards, took a black coffee before setting out for work. I also ensured that I take some times to use the stairs instead of the lift. Again, I ensure that I off the Air condition in my office sometimes and allow natural air. Staying healthy is key.
