The Doom Of The Smart Minds
One thing I've noticed is that common traits among people who are struggling with their mental health is that cynicism and how they think they are smarter than everybody else so the brush of timeliness.
This is not much obvious when the only obvious thing is that they don't know how to apply it to their own lives people just think that they are smart but they don't have that result in their own life nothing to show for it,
they are just doing it the way they please and the way they want and if you that is how it should end which is not so so people must learn how to learn and build and know what works for them.

Welcome to Hive, @pelcula—your point about learning what actually works in our own lives, rather than simply thinking we know better, stood out to me. Mental health struggles look different for everyone, so I’d be careful about treating cynicism as a common trait, but the gap between knowing and applying is worth exploring. InLeo Threads (inleo.io) could be a useful place to share shorter reflections like this and hear other people’s perspectives. What’s one thing you’ve learned that has genuinely helped you in your own life?
