My sweet smoothie with watermelon, carrots and apples
Good evening all how are you you guys doing i hope you all are fine, i made a sweet smoothie with my fruit which came out nice. That is what I took for my dinner this night, eating fruit or blending it as smoothie is very good because instead of me to take minerals i prefer to take smoothies or eat fruit because they are very good for the body.
In this smoothie i used four ingredients to prepare it
INGREDIENTS
1 Small apple
1 piece of ginger
2 carrot
1 slice of watermelon
PROCESS
Firstly scraping my carrot, ginger so that it will be neat after scraping them i Started to wash then thoroughly ,i wash my carrot, ginger, apple,and watermelon.
Secondly i started to slice my carrot, ginger, apple and watermelon.i didn't remove the seed of the watermelon because i like eaten them together so i put them all inside my blender.
Thirdly i put my carrot, ginger, apple and watermelon inside my blender and blend them very well.i blend it so that my smoothie will be very smooth.
Lastly my smoothie is ready to serve and it really tastes good and i love it.
