My cucumber smoothie

Hello amigos! How are you all doing ihope you all are doing well nice to post here again i made a cucumber smoothie with 3 ingredients.past 3 months now i have not taken any soft drinks because i have found out that taken home made drink and drinks are naturally good for the body.so thats i y i started to blend my fruit together and take it and i really love it.

In this smoothie i use 3 ingredients to make this smoothie
1 long cucumber
1 small carrot
3 spoons of oat

Cucumber is a nice vegetable because it is low in calories and helps in water retention and bloating.

Carrots is also a good fruit because they are high in fiber.

Oat has a low glycemic index which are very good for the body.

                Preparation 

Scraping my carrot, washing it and also washing my cucumber

Secondly i started to slice my carrot and cucumber

Thirdly i brought out my blender and put my sliced carrots, cucumber and oats inside the blender and add 1 searchet of water and blend

Smoothie is ready,i did not add any honey or milk but i like the taste you can choose to serve i chill or take it after black.
this smoothie is really nice.

This looks delicious and healthy. Hope you enjoyed your smoothie 😋. I've never tried smoothie with oat, would try but I will toast my oat first
