Kemi could not believe her business was advertised in the local paper. Kemi is a diligent and consistent baker. There isn't any kind of pastry she couldn't make. She is very good and the few people that have patronized her can attest to it.

The problem she had was with visibility; only a few people in her neighborhood knew about her business. She had tried marketing it, but it was not forthcoming. She knew within herself that she didn't want to be only known in her neighborhood; she wanted to be known by many but didn't know how to go about it again.

On this fateful day her neighbor Mrs. Ruth met her and told her she wanted her to bake a birthday cake for her nephew Ken's upcoming birthday and deliver it to their house. She was excited about it, that at least someone else would taste her cake apart from her neighbors.

She did what she was good at and delivered the cake, without any expectations, unknown to Ken's dad, own a local newspaper. When he tasted Kemi's cake, he was mesmerized because he had never tasted anything like that.

He asked his sister, Mrs. Ruth, about Kemi, who explained her predicament. He felt compassion towards her and decided to advertise her business for more visibility.
