Snowpea surprise trip to somewhere by @livinguktaiwan

Wow, I’ve really enjoyed reading this post and looking at the photos. At first, I didn’t realize who Snowpea was, but now I’m a huge fan 😅 Everything I hear about Iceland is amazing, and I’ve met a couple of people from there in my own country, but actually visiting must feel like another world, especially for someone from a tropical climate like me. This story is so much fun, and I love the effort put into telling it all through Snowpea and the photos, even with that little scare where she almost got kidnapped 🤣. I think I have a new dream starting today: visiting Iceland and singing with the choir at Hallgrímskirkja Church (what a great name) 🤭

The Annual Grape Harvest - tradition, wine and slippery hills by @tinabrezpike

Love your photos and love your writing style! 😃 I always have a good laugh when I read your stuff... Recognized a few of those bottles on the table by the breakfast... Cyrillic letters for Viljamovka, Jeger, and during the day "tasting" wine- how could you stay NOT drunk? 😂
I know what my father looks like when he is preparing rakija... 😂
These family gatherings are always fun, especially when everyone is in a good mood... Work is much easier to do, and there are a lot of laughs all around... 😃

Don't Throw Away Butternut Squash Shoots. I Made This Simple Recipe by @anggreklestari

I had already been thinking about all the love you put into what you do, and then I read that line where you recommend playing our favorite music and working patiently through the process—and that is the beauty of your blog; there is love from the moment you decide to plant something new in your garden to the moment you prepare it in the kitchen, and even in the detail you put into every photograph. You are special, Anggrek; I am so glad to know someone like you on the other side of the world, even if it is just through this medium. In the meantime, I’ll content myself with savoring it all in my mind 🤭

🐎 Corregudes de Joies — A tradition on the sands of Pinedo by @ramon2024

It’s wonderful that this tradition continues to evolve, even if in a modern way; yet the essence is still very much present in the details, such as not using a saddle, and I love that you were there to bring us this beauty. I love horses and right from the start I enjoyed your post, imagining myself there, watching them in person.
Now lots of people, including tourists, can witness the unfolding of something that’s been taking place for so many years, it’s been going on for ages and it’s absolutely marvellous.

Hive Open Mic Week 336 – Montañas de Colores (Original Song - @elisonr13) [ESP-ENG] by @edwardstobia

I think it’s a song that has a lot to do with the perseverance you talk about and that you’ve learnt, that even if love takes a tumble down the stairs, that perseverance keeps us moving forward and helps us discover beautiful things. There will always be some degree of hardship, but there’s always something worth holding on to. The song is about love, and I think that’s what matters most.
Hive has also led me to meet some wonderful people, and the truth is that the song’s lyrics really touch me deeply. As I always tell you, your voice is brilliant.

A beautiful tribute to another brave Guaraní leader (Spa/Eng) by @jlufer

What a wonderful tribute the artist has created to this Guaraní leader, it is well deserved, and it is also beautiful and very skilfully executed. Nowadays, one might call it surrealist or abstract art, and I love seeing so many details, particularly those alluding to the battles he had to fight to defend sovereignty.
It’s a great neighbourhood for finding beautiful murals, and I hope you come across many more. I’m also delighted to hear about your granddaughter’s birthday and that you’re trying to recharge your batteries.
