It's a bit of a tricky topic... Being a parent and also a son, I have lived through most of the things you described... My father had a bit of a hard temper, so I do remember getting physical punishments, despite that, in my opinion, my sister and I were good kids... On the other side, I know that I never hit my own child, but unfortunately, I did raise my voice a few times in his teenage years...
And as for your question about why kids nowadays are different from those before, I would say it's a mix of different things... Family is the core of society, but society also can push things in another direction... Parents spend less time with children, and kids ask for instant gratification and even more attention than before... That combo of unfulfilled expectations creates bigger and bigger barriers...

Where The Wild Flowers Grow by @litguru

First of all, I’d like to say that you’ve taken some wonderful photographs, and although these flowers aren’t usually found growing wild but rather in gardens, they were there at just the right moment. The whole path, lined with pink and yellow flowers, looks lovely, and I was particularly intrigued to hear that there’s a legend about this flower, the fairy flower.
The macro photos are beautiful; my favourite is the one of the bud, but they’re all very good. They brighten up the day and celebrate spring.

Those are very ambitious words that you put out there! If you manage to deliver the plan, we should go to the moon... :)
Btw, I like the shift in perspective... Focusing on sharing builders, projects, and showcasing real use cases pulled out from HIVE is a very good direction! The current issue is that just a few people "see beyond the pool rewards" on HIVE, and can't really see all the possibilities... Creating self-sustainable projects, promoting them, growing through incentives, maybe revenue sharing, is the best way to promote HIVE along the way... That's what Splinterlands did FOR HIVE (legacy chain) when they launched... People came for the game, and stayed for different reasons... We need more projects like that!

These are my favorite movie soundtracks [ENG-ESP] by @hylene74

You’re absolutely right; we come to know many songs or soundtracks through films, and it’s thanks to those films that we remember them. The first film you mention is one of my all-time favourites, particularly because of the subject matter, which fascinates me, and that song will always be associated with the final scene, where the protagonist tries to create the best possible future for his beloved, even if it means he has to suffer. I loved that choice.
The second soundtrack is intense and powerful in terms of the important life lessons it conveys, such as making the most of every stage of life because they won’t come back. I remember that film; I really liked it at the time!
Finally, the last soundtrack is very well known and the song is perfect for the film. I also remember when I saw it and that final part. What’s more, just like the previous one, the song offers messages and advice about what life is all about and what’s best. Thanks for your review; it’s taken me back to the past, both through the songs and the films.
