I haven't tried Lino's beers, but I'm told they're some of the best around. I think I would have chosen COLPA too, and now that you mention it has floral and passion fruit notes, I'm totally convinced. I have never tried steamed tofu, but you intrigued me about it! It looks fantastic, and seeing the ingredients, I bet it tastes even better... Plus, it is healthier than eating some fried fast food outside!

Every great project begins with a first step, and as long as we are alive, there is an opportunity to learn new things. Even the pet agrees, hehe. Of course, it will be more difficult at first until you master the tools and techniques of production and editing, but I am sure you will enjoy every step of progress, no matter how small. I am looking forward to seeing you in action, especially to hear your voice. I greatly admire those of you who are able to stand in front of the camera. I even find photographs difficult because I'm very shy, but you already have an advantage in that respect, so you'll do great.
