Huh... I thought I was a good listener, but after reading your post, I will have to tweak some of my reactions and communication style... Like Melinda, I agree with all that you shared, and some actions are hard to apply in the "right" moments...
Your post reminded me of a dialogue with one Hivian where I did use something similar to: "I Know Exactly How You Feel"... I didn't know, as we perceive events differently, so for the next time, I'm avoiding that saying! 😃

I fell completely in love with the castle, its history and, above all, its age. It must be wonderful to visit. The surroundings are beautiful, especially the river area. The greenery is bright and the streets and houses are beautiful, like something out of a fairy tale.
The downside is the heat and the steep slopes, which don't help back or knee pain. I hope you get better soon. I know it's not easy, but keeping moving will help ease the pain, but take it easy.

Thank you for sharing the objective view of LSTR! In the swarm of subjective, shilling posts, this is a refreshing read with pros and cons clearly stated...
Personally, I didn't check the details about the LSTR. I'm still a solid LEO holder, and I have tried most of the (failed) "products" that you wrote about... For now, I will take your advice and watch from the sidelines as my LEO stash should follow the price action of the rest of the InLeo ecosystem...

Ohh, what a wonderful experience! The access to the cave is already spectacular, with the sun appearing behind the cliff, and then penetrating into the belly of the earth where the energies are felt at the surface.... Without a doubt, experiencing something like this must have been very special. On the other hand, the formations in the cave are very beautiful, and I like the presence of water very much, it brings an added flow of energy. I am also starting to practice yoga, at the moment I am exploring more the physical side than the spiritual, but even so I have already noticed its benefits in just a few months. Practising it in such an enclave must be something close to mystical, thank you for sharing it with us at Hive.

Your recipe reminded me of cappuccino, but with oats and served cold, it seems like a spectacular dessert + drink, especially for hot days, but also as a treat to enjoy something delicious and healthy, whether for breakfast, a snack, or to share. I loved the idea and how you developed it.

When taking computer courses, I often realised that I was the only woman, but I didn't feel bad about it; rather, it gave me a boost. You are the oldest in the class and you say, "We are here, learn from us!
It's great to make the most of the summer by taking a course and learning, and I hope it will be very useful for you. Yes, the downside is the timetable, as it's during the hottest part of the day. Don't forget to bring water... and the classroom has air conditioning!
