Interestingly, I did a similar route around Calpe dozens of times, but I remember the best was this walk with you, and the other one with Alessandra! It's great to do them in great company, having nice, chilling conversations...

Having had a recent surgery, I'm a bit sensitive on this topic, and before opening your post, I had fears of finding out some nasty surgery tools inside it... 😃 Luckily, you didn't share any... 😃
On the other side, it remained carved in my brain the words of my surgeon BEFORE the operation, when I asked about "alternatives"... There was no any, which made me grateful for these awesome people who do the job, with their calm hands and a lot of patience...

Moving at the station//MONOMAD CHALLENGE by @goga22

You’ve created an excellent photographic composition at the station, and it reminds me of a quote I read a long time ago that went something like … you see more when you stand still than when you’re rushing about. In the first few photos, you paused to watch people passing by as if it were a film, and the best bit comes next, where you captured different scenes from different parts of the station, moments featuring people and the pigeons; that last bit is brilliant. Looking around and observing is the key.

Honestly, the work you do with the children is incredible; you’ve no idea how much I value it, because I believe it’s essential to spark children’s creativity and imagination, to get them away from screens and really let them do things that children do, as well as socialise. In this case, it’s not just about developing creativity; it’s also a relaxing activity. Lots of people colour mandalas as a form of meditation, they let their minds wander and wonderful things happen.
You have a great rapport with them, you create a welcoming atmosphere, you prepare all the necessary materials and you’re there for them with so much love, it really shows.

I’ve really enjoyed this photographic composition and, although the sea looks choppy, it conveys a great sense of peace and calm. I really like seeing those trees with the sea in the background and the contrast created by the light, but I’m also a fan of the boats, so the scene is complete and beautiful. It’s true that we often need to take a breather, as if our day-to-day lives were suffocating us, and I think we’ve all had those bosses you mention, who are a bit of a pain. Taking a break from work is what recharges our batteries so we can carry on afterwards, and that comes across in the photographs.
