Putting stickers on you fridge is all fun until you have to rip them and you discover you got a really hard sticker that won't come off all the way and leaves some little white parts on the fridge.

We have magnets on the fridge from all the holiday places.

then you've got pretty good magnets, I placed a bad one on the fridge couldn't rip the whole thing off, had to scrape it with a knife and scratched the fridge
