Binance P2P scam vendors are increasing

Yesterday I almost got scammed by a Binance P2P vendor, who was so rude and annoying. Yesterday around 7 pm a friend of mine who uses my wallet to receive his school fees from his family abroad called me to help him withdraw his school fees, in the process I sold off the USDT I was saving up to run airdrops mistakenly, instead of withdrawing only his school fees I withdrew everything in my account but since I have made the mistake already the only option was to buy the USDT Back, and that is where I was, unfortunately, to meet and trade with the scammer or so-called P2P vendor who almost scammed me.

I placed my buy order and immediately I paid my cash to the account he provided, the money left my account already not knowing that his bank was having network issues. I had heard about this kind of scam but never believed it happened until it almost happened to me yesterday. Binance has this rule that if you are been placed under appeal and you did not show any credible proof after an hour the buy trade will be canceled and the person's coin will be returned to him or her, and if your money after the network issue still goes to persons account then it is your loss and their gain

If you did not know about this Binance appeal rule before now, you are welcome. So I was about to sleep but I decided to check on the trade first before I slept, that was when I found that after showing the person proofs up on proofs of how it was his bank that was delaying his payment from being delivered to his account, he had already put under appeal 35 mins ago and I had 25 mins left to show my own proof or the trade will be canceled and he would walk away with both his coin and my money if it eventually drops in his account. I quickly showed my own proof that I had paid which made Binance give us an extra 12 hours of grace before the trade would be canceled since it was a bank problem not me trying to scam him as he painted it to be in the appeal.

Before the 12 hours of grace was completed, luckily for me, my money was reversed back to my account which I was happy because when these bank network delay happens after a few minutes or hours the receiver gets credited once his or her bank's network becomes good.
