Coffee practice My first mokaccino
Today has been a very satisfying day, as I managed to prove with my knowledge that I could create a new coffee.
It is a mochaccino, a very good and delicious coffee, I would say one of the richest and sweetest that can exist, since the special element is the cocoa and the chocolate that has an additional espresso and cream.
The recipe that I used to make this mochaccino or rather the ingredients were the following: 1 espresso
Textured milk and chocolate syrup.
Of course This is not the original recipe, but it is the one that we currently use in the coffee shop where I am working and clearly noted an improvement in fact it is a recipe recommended by another professional barista who has the knowledge and was able to recommend that also using chocolate syrup instead of chocolate bar can further improve the flavor of the mochaccino.

While my colleague, barista and teacher is in charge of recording me and taking the shots one by one, I owe all this to the training I have received from the cameraman and also to see how I prepare my own coffees.
Mainly, I also do it to share my experiences with you who have supported me throughout this time in terms of coffee making and motivated me more every day to continue preparing coffee and sharing my experience, my point of view and in the preparation
