Venezuelans, we can not miss our morning coffee, it is something untouchable, this ritual is so important in every Venezuelan home, since the expansion of coffee growers, in many regions of the country whole beans are processed, grown in many regions of the country, in our city Cumana, By chance I got several in the commercial ally @econoqueso, I was attracted by the electrifying black color, with beige, mustard and blue tones, I also loved it because of its name: kai's Kashi coffee, 100% Arabica, made in Cumana, the presentation available at that time is 100 grams, in their social networks Facebook, Instagram, you can find other information of interest, such as recipes, mode of preparation, among others.

I tried this coffee after coming from training, last Saturday, I was serene, relaxed, after having had contact with nature, connecting my feet to the ground, to drain all that burden that was in my body, with the sun as a witness, I was connecting step by step with nature, the universe, when I got home, I put a pot with water, I added coffee powder in the cloth strainer, when the boil broke in the pot, I turned it off and began to enjoy this wonderful experience.

To prepare coffee in the traditional way, it can be said that I already know the instructions by heart, after the pot boiled, I turned it off, put the necessary amount of ground coffee, in my case it was 3 teaspoons, I wanted it pure, I started the brewing little by little, giving it time, that the coffee filtered, the smell that remained in the air, very enveloping by the way, It was up to us, now the quality control, to contact that the product was the best, I placed a portion of the freshly brewed coffee, if I liked the color of coffee, reddish tones, flavor in our palate, the explosion of flavors was felt, more when returning from the activities of that day, I tasted a rich cup of black coffee to recover energy throughout my body.

I am not tired of continuing to try varieties of ground coffee made in Venezuela, this brand, in spite of the fact that it is not available in most supermarkets, I already know where I can find it, it is of excellent quality and the price to pay is accessible. I am happy to start trying this coffee, those of you who are from Cumaná already know where you can find it, it is part of my favorite coffees, although my intention is not to stop trying more brands of ground coffee, but to go for those brands that are in the Hiper Galeria supermarket, I will continue trying more coffee, see you soon ☕🥰🤗.
