What I find fascinating about bread is how unique it is across the world. When I came to Armenia I was introduced to Lavash. It's an incredible creation, baked on the inside of the walls of a hole in the ground. In Georgia just down the road they have Shoti, which is baked in a similar fashion but is made in a longer, thinner style. Both of which are so good freshly baked ;^)

Yes, you're absolutely right! The bread world is amazing!
I googled both breads you mentioned, and it's incredible. I had seen a video of how they made shoti, because it has gone viral. Both of them look delicious... 😋
