My favourite food

Welcome to my blog. I am glad you are here again. If you visit my blog often you know i am a foodie and also loves to cook.

So , today i would like to participate in the contest organised by @indiaunited .

Whenever this question arrise about my favorite food, the only thing that comes to my mind is the food prepared by my mother. Mummy ke hath ka khana ❤️.

The all food made by mom taste very delicious.

There are certain recipes which we have been eating since childhood and yet we like them so much that we have a big yes for them anytime.

Since childhood i love paratha, potato sabji and that Rajasthan special kachar (cucumis pubescens) ki sabji. And paratha means all types of paratha 😋😋😄😄😜.

I think you all are familiar with potato curry , but kachar sabji is new for you. This is a typical rajastani dish with is sour , spicy and sweet in tatse. The smell of kachar is really nice and appetiting. Even My mouth is watering just writing about this. 😜

These are some pictures of that food, i captured it 2 months ago when i visit to my mom home. In a month i enjoyed it lots of time and still craving for it.

And when it comes to hotel food, or food cooked by me , i like Manchurian very much.

I remember when i was in 2nd standard, and visited to Surat city , i tried it first time and And that was the moment I fell in love with this dish. This is my favorite since then, I like this cooking and enjoying it.
I like it so much that it fixes even my bad mood and whenever someone brings it to me, I feel very happy.

So this is all about favourite food. And for foodies this list is very big 😜.

Mother foods taste great all the time. I wonder where they got their culinary skills from.

Maa k haath ke khaane ki baat hi kuch or hoti hain.. kachar is new for me... Chinese food toh mera bhi favourite hain ..

I also like paratha very much, and if it's made with mom's hands, then its taste increases twice.
But Kachar is new for me, and I will try it in my life at least once.
