HPUD - 2k Hive Powered Up
It's that time again with the beginning of the month to power up some Hive. I have quite an ambitious goal for this year to reach 100k HP and I will need to power up some Hive to reach that goal.
The low price of Hive right now, makes it very favorable to do that, so I make sure to power up each month. So far we have completed 5 months of 2023 and there are still 7 months to go to reach my goal.
Before my powerup, I was ranked 257. After doing my powerup, I will move up to place 251 (+6), so am just outside the top 250 with Hive Power.
Today I powered up 2000 Hive.
This gave me a new total of 65772 HP. I am still short of reaching my goal so far, but with some regular powerups, I hope to still reach it.
This month I have also 100% powered up all of my posts and completed the Hive Power Up Month Challenge. I think I have completed this challenge for every month so far this year. I like to focus on building my Hive Power as this gives you the ability to give higher upvotes and build your influence onchain that is helpful to build your account.

so you are actually buying hive with money, investing i see , i wouldn't even know what exchange to trust these days if i had thew money to spare to gamble .
I use Binance. So far it is running fine , but I do not leave any funds overnight there.

2k means huge to me in the current time. But I hope one day I will be able to make it like you. Last month I was successfully participated in hive power up month. This time I am planning for it again. I am also planning to use 100% HP in my article in this month.

Litecoin doing really well... going into the halving. Up 4% today... 11% for the week! I wrote about this a few weeks ago. Pretty much the only coin that sees an effect in regard to its halving.
Yes, it is around 80 days to go? Do you think it can reach $350? or that is too optimistic?
If I remember correctly, the last one saw about 150% to 200%. I would hope for somewhere above $200 at least. I guess it also depends on what transpires in the broader market over the next 3 months. This could dampen or intensify the move!💥

I've thought about doing the 100% power up thing, but I like the idea of playing around with my HBD a bit. It allows me to feel more hands on. Nice job on your power up. I thought my 1010 was a good amount, but you kicked my butt!

Yeah, I have been trying to focus on my Hive account more and not worry about a lot of the other stuff. Now that I have a steady and predictable stream of income coming in from my HBD in savings, I can focus more on moving my future rewards into Hive.

Hi,
yes it is a monthly event on the 1st of each month. If you power up at least 10 Hive, you would receive a badge as well as building your Hive power. The easiest way is to use Ecency or Peakd wallet function and select Power up:

No, you need to power up liquid Hive in Ecency or PeakD on the 1st of the month. I will power up 10 Hive for you this month, so you get your badge.
