This is my post for #freewriters 2716 prompt mail it to him hosted by @mariannewest
Today I went to the Inlet with my sisters, this was my home for my first 15 years. One sister wanted to fish in the most stupid place, the boat ramp. I caught two catfish, and she caught a catfish, a stingray, and a blowfish.

She was driving, so I had no choice, even though I told her where I wanted to fish. She said we could fish at both places, but this did not happen. I also wanted to stop by the dock and recreate pictures from our childhood, but that did not happen either, and now our oldest sister will be leaving this Sunday, so my chance of recreating pictures will not happen, she lives in Connecticut.

Yesterday I gathered the things I would need today, but when I put my water shoes in the bag, I did not look them over, all I saw was two pink and black shoes. When we got to the inlet and I put them on, I noticed they were different and both right feet. I had no choice but to wear them. That is all for today's shanagins.

Did you know that if you live on a piece of land and do not have a house on it, the US Postal Service will not deliver mail to you. They will give you an address, and you can put up a mailbox, but that is as far as it goes.

One of my sons bought a piece of land in Tennessee, but he does not have the funds for a house. He was able to get electricity but not water, he uses rainwater for drinking and bathing. He has spent the winter living in a tent with his dogs. This is not a tent that is used in cold weather, it is one you would take on a camping trip in warm weather. He wrapped it in heavy plastic to help keep it warm.

Before winter hit, I ordered an electric blanket for him. He told me it had to come by FedEx or UPS, but I had no choice as to how I could mail it to him and the supplier sent it by the post office, and they would not deliver it. I reached out to the supplier, and they would not send it any other way. My heart was broken thinking that he would not have the blanket to help keep him warm. But by the grace of God, he has made it through the winter. I hope somehow he will be able to get something better to live in or find a better place to live by next winter.
