MERRY CHRISTMAS
This morning we went to one of our daughters for breakfast and a gift exchange. She has four kids and a great husband. His parents come to breakfast, too. I can see why my son-in-law is a great guy, he was raised by great parents. They are the nicest people, she is a school teacher and he worked in the fruit packinghouse business. He is from Cuba and she is from Miami.

I wish I had gotten a better picture of his little house. He was telling me what his Dad was going to do to it. With his little arms stretched as far as he could, he told me his Dad was going to build it up that high, and on each side, he was going to build a porch, HE WAS GOING TO DO IT now, not then. I told his Mom and she said that was the first she heard of it. When I told his Dad, he shook his head. He said it took most of the night to put it together. His mom said she was out there at 2 in the morning putting flowers and rugs in it, and now he wants to redesign it.

My daughter has ducks and chickens in her backyard. The big white duck's name is Thelma, I forget what the two smaller white ones names, but the one next to Thelma is named Bob. They also have chickens, one named chicken tenders, and one named chicken nuggets. I am surprised she gets away with having them, she lives in the middle of the city.

After breakfast with that daughter, we drove to the oldest daughter's house, where she was cooking dinner. We exchanged gifts with her and our grandson. She cooked a spiral ham, mashed potatoes, fresh sauteed green beans, homemade yeast rolls, and a bunch of desserts. She makes the best cheesecake. She made fudge but it did not set.
We had to leave right after eating, and I felt bad leaving her with the food to put away and all of the dirty dishes.
We will only get a few days to fish before the water gets too cold, so we have to fish tomorrow. We had to get home, load up the coolers, and drive to the fishhouse to get ice. I was also anxious about starting my motor to see if there were any leaks.
I am still wondering what happened. I started the motor, and water was leaking from the water jacket cover. I was sick to my stomach. My husband had gone to his sister's. When he came home, we started it, and it did not leak AT ALL. I am still befuddled over it.

We were at a yard sale several months ago. My sister bought a puzzle for her youngest granddaughter. The lady said to help her child put it together, she numbered all of the pieces. When we came home she was putting it together by looking at the numbers and I told her not to do that. It will take the fun out of putting it together. I bought her this puzzle and let her open it yesterday.

When she saw it was a puzzzle I told her, yea, and there are no numbers for you to cheat. I ate those words as soon as she dumped the pieces out. Nowhere on the box does it say it is numbered and the back side is different from the front.

Am glad your husband helped to fix the leakage. Now it can be used for fishing. Merry
Thank you, and Merry Christmas.
