This is my post for #freewriters 2841 prompt export the dragon hosted by @mariannewest

I know they are not dragons, but iguanas, if they had wings, they would remind me of what a dragon would look like. And I am pretty sure, this is what was served to us for lunch in Mexico. They were everywhere, no matter where you looked, you could see several iguanas.

I was on a guided tour, and we were touring how the Myan people lived. They had an area set up with tables and a buffet line where you were served what you wanted.

One of the workers was behind me, and he asked what was for lunch, and the lady smiled and said chicken. The man says, chicken or chicken. The lady said chicken. The man says, aw, chicken, I love chicken, and they both laughed.

I had "the chicken" if that is what it was. There were some odd shaped pieces, but it was mostly pulled apart and in a sauce. No matter if it was chicken or igaunua, it was tasty, and we all know everything tastes like chicken, even if they were to export the dragon and cook it up, I bet it would taste like chicken.

Everything doesn’t taste like chicken though. If I was given something that wasn’t chicken, I’ll know

It might have been chicken, who knows. The way they spoke and gave looks to each other made me question it.

I think it is only a "saying", not meant to be taken literally. But my husband says rattlesnake tastes like chicken.
