5 minute freewrite 2676 prompt my favourite monk

The only thing that came to my mind when I saw this prompt was the TV show Monk, I watched it every week Monk had OCD, "BIG TIME OCD". He was played by actor Tony Shalhoub and Adrian Monk was his screen name but everyone called him Monk. Monk was a police detective and had odd ways of picking up on clues that were left behind. I can see him in my mind's eye, he has his hand on his forehead and he is leaning forward while pacing the floor. The other hand held in the air as if to say give me a minute.

While I was looking for the actor who played Monk I saw this question, What are my favourite monk quotes from the TV show Monk? Someone asked Monk this question "Do you lie awake at night thinking of ways to disrupt my husband's campaign?" Monk replied, "No, ma'am, I lie awake at night and try not to think at all." It is from season 1 episode 14.

Have you ever tried to do this, lay awake, and try not to think of anything? I have tried it but I always end up thinking of trying not to think of anything, so my mind spins in a circle of trying not to think about not thinking about anything. It is harder than you think it is.

This is a flower on our Seminole pumpkin, the pumpkins are orange but they are small like acorn squash. It might not be a big flower for the northern states, but for Fl, it is a big flower.
